Linda Murphy, ricercatrice qualitativa presso l’University College of Cork e in visiting presso il nostro Dipartimento all’interno dell’ERASMUS+ programme, svolgerà Mercoledì 8 maggio alle 13 in Aula VIII di lettere un seminario intitolato: “Not on my watch! The role of organisational resources and emotions in building family firm’s resilience. Il seminario presenta un lavoro di ricerca qualitativo che riporta come le emozioni dei manager hanno modellato la risposta resiliente dei family business irlandesi durante il primo lockdown Covid. 

Di seguito la sua breve biografia:

Linda Murphy is a lecturer in Management at Cork University Business School, University College Cork, Ireland, where she teaches her specialism Family Business Management, Entrepreneurship and Management at undergraduate and postgraduate level. She was awarded a double doctorate degree from Jyvaskyla University and Hasselt University in January 2014 and she won the Family Business Review Best Paper Award in 2020. Her research interests include business continuity, socioemotional wealth and careers in family business. She has published in several leading journals including Family Business Review and the Journal of Family Business Strategy.
